Default 1992 Wasino LG-6 lost spindle paramaters

I had to have the Spindle boards repaired and the chip with the parameters was toast and the new one does not have the correct parameters according to the tech working on it. He can't seem to come up with them so i'm trying and I know little about this. It's my understanding that there are about 50 some and they have to be input by hand via the 4 buttons on the back of the spindle board. Any help, especially a list of the parameters would be a godsend as I am at a loss..
I'm new to this or any forum so I hope I'm doing this correctly, kindly forgive miss steps.
Thanks,
Robert Bell

Robert,

Welcome to the forum, it would help us a lot if you post here the exact number of your (I guess Fanuc) spindle drive.

I do have a parameter list but would need your spindle model first. The number is located outside the metal case, at the bottom of the rectangle.

I hope this helps you.

Sinumeriko, Thank you so much for your time, I doubt that these are the numbers you need but at this time their all I can find, I will call the fellow who worked on it and I'm sure he can help.. (be patient please) The spindle printed circuit board number is: A20B-1003-0010 I believe, on the top of the base of the unit the circuit board is mounted to is: A06B-6059-H203-#571, and on the lower right side inside of the panel that houses all the boards is a tag with a number 44172522, all else on the tag is written in Japanese of which unfortunately I am not fluent...
I'll post more info as soon as I can catch my repair guy 'Jimmy'
Thanks again, Robert

Since we're not allowed to share that information directly in the forum, send me an email address, but into a private message, just click on my username and the option will appear. The file I have is for a A06B-6059-XXXX spindle drive, hopefully your tech will be able to figure out the approximate values that you need. All this until someone gets you the exact values for your machine model.

I hope it helps you.

Sinumeriko,
we put in the parameters and with a little tweaking got the little wasino to run like a swiss watch, i have been making parts all yesteday afternoon and this morning and it runs better than it ever has! I can't thank you and this forum enough, what a blessing for me.. This is my only cnc, all the rest of my machines are hardinge auto's and an old brown & sharp so imagine the loss in productivity with out it for so long..
Im a happy man,
live is good,
robert
