Question Tree vmc 840 stops mid cut

Tree VMC 840 stop mid cut. Alarms out, but can't get the code. Buttons on control panel are non responsive. Have to shut down the machine and restart. Have done this several times (20). Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Sounds like the 24vdc or other power is being shorted out and locking up the machine. Does it tend to happen in any certain area of each axis or while doing a cut that has a lot of vibration. Try to isolate the issue.

Thanks for the response Petro. Apparently the machine just needed a little vacation. Shut her down on Tuesday, opened up the back and wiggled a few wires. Fired back up on Wednesday morning and been running fine.
