Default Tsugami BS 18 III

Dear ALL,

I make program and want to trial test cut.. but seems the Z1 axis coordinat system or parameter is not suitable.
Everytime in program command for Z+ but actual movement on the machine is Z-
Now I use Rotary Guide Bush for the process. I already follow the instruction on manual book regarding the setting of rotary guide bush.
Coluld you please help me what's wrong with this machine?
For reference please refer the attached file for program I make.

Thank you for help and best regards,

Rahman

I am not familiar with your machine. What control is on it?

It sounds to me that your origin is set to a specific spot and your machine is moving from that. As an example I set my lathes up to have Z0 at the chuck face so if I am 20" away from my chuck and I program Z10 it will move in the negative direction to Z10 + of the chuck.

1 way to check this is to program Z0 and if the machine moves in the negative direction then you know your origin is set negative of the current position you were at when you programmed the Z0.

Do you use any kind of workcoordinates like G54-G59 or fixture offsets?
