Default 401 servo alarm: x,z,y,b axis vrdy off

hello and thank you in advance for any help/ suggestions you may be able to share with me on this topic.
this is regarding a Eurotech Elite twin spindle, twin turret lathe with a Fanuc 18iT control.
for some time now we have been getting this 401 servo alarm: x,z,y,b axis vrdy off only on head one at different times. it doesn't matter where it is during cut, part transfer, or if it is just idle. there have been times where it has ran for a solid week with no trouble then the following week, intermittent issues with this same alarm. also we don't always get the alarm on every axis like i have stated. sometimes it is only x and z axis.
so far our machine dealer won't even attempt to come out and take a look at it (it's out of warranty), Fanuc was out but only swapped out power supplies, i have done some troubleshooting with a Fanuc repair shop but with no luck.
    any ideas???

My first guess would have been power supply. But it thats not it is there a contactor that feeds the power to the power supply? check the contacts or swap with another machine if possible. Also when the alarm triggers check the alarm history and see if there was any alarm before it instead of checking the main alarm screen.

Also what is the main incoming power?

    thanks for the response.

i did not get a chance to check if there is a contactor in front of it, however the power supply is first in the daisy chain.

    i have 220v, 3 phase.

these alarms appear in the history here and there when the vrdy off is active:

410 servo alm: b axis excess err
409 servo alm: x axis torque alm
410 servo alm: x axis excess err

these alarms i have posted are not always activated so that leads me to believe they only occur during spindle sync. or possibly during turret index, etc.

    Hi:
Check the contactor for the drives as Petro says.
I will check all the connectors.
You have changed the drives. Ok
Change the cables (the cables that use head 1 to head 2 and head 2 to head 1. BE CAREFULL WITH THIS OPERATION, YOU CAN LOST THE POSITION OF THE MACHINE)
Check servo parameters between head 1 and head 2.
    Best regards
