    Default MATSUURA MC-510VG ATC problem

    hi.
    anybody can help me for writing macro prog for m6 in MATSUURA MC-510VG .with yasnac j300m control.

    i write this and it work in mdi.


    G28 z0.
    m19.
    m30

    but now i need M code for clamp/unclamp chuck colet and M code for moving arm up/down .and i didn't find anything in pdf manuals.and if there isn't any M code for this.i need to know how i can write a macro prog for activating any output signal on this control.and also my t code work with no proper position. this all problem is for my machine have problem and i formated all memory but i havn't all parameter of this machine and i put other similar machine parameter of my friend.
    all thing work goods but i haven't atc.

    1. Yasnac made controls for many different machine manufactures. Each manufacture had the option of what codes they used for what. Many of these (for the same machine) were different depending on what the customer paid for. These can be changed by the customer to do what you want & how you want. If I had a copy of all the parameters, I could probably tell you what you need to do. But with out it, it would be shooting in the dark. J300m usually have a special set of parameters to do M codes that can be set to whatever desired. You should be able to look at the wiring schematics to find the M code that does what you want. You can also write your MDI Macro and call it from within your program.

    i know that but i haven't detail of option parameters and i search for that but i didn't find anything in documents or on internet.
    by the way this is option parameters in my machine.

    Not the Parm you need, You need to look for the ones that actually show the M Code. These are set by the manufacturer.
