Default Youji 1200 vertical turning center

Does anyone know if it is possible to interpolate a circle at any other point other then x0. C0. (chuck center).the m/c has live tooling and a circle cut usally demands a rev of the chuck.the contol is a fanuc 18ti and the circle commands are started with a g112 and ends with a g113.
I dont think the action is possible but i may be wrong.
    Any ideas gratefully recived.

If you have a driven tool, then I assume that there is a Y axis present.
Regardless of the Y, you should be able to interpolate on other planes.
I don't know the exact Fanuc codes, but to work on another plane:

you would need to go into the milling mode (G12.1)

then select the YZ plane G19 or the YZ cylindrical plane G16
and do helical or planar circular interpolation using XZ and the C
axis (where Y is the hypothetical plane).

Usiong the example above you could cut a circle normal to the
    cylindrical surface.
