Same problem to NL 2500. The machine turns on but when you close the door, to make the zero point, exit immediately emergency line alarm. No another code error.

Couple things come to mind on this machine. The threading process has abrupt starting and stopping that will often shake the machine a bit. Depending on where the axis is might also make a difference if there is any wiring that is shorting out. Try moving the start point or see if it is repeatable in the same location.

Generally this type of error can be from a number of things. The door interlocks, conveyor or loose wire in the estop strings. Is there more vibration then a normal cycle in the threading op? This may help explain this.

Hold the door closed all the way during operation to keep it from vibrating and moving and see if it makes a difference.

Changed The sensors of the door interlock, but the problem persists.
It is not possible to make any movement in either automatic or the manual because when I turn on the machine asks me to shut the door. After I shut the machine goes in the EMG emergency line alarm. I can not do the zero point, I can not move the turret manually. The axes (x, z, y, b) do not move.
    Any help?

Erving- You difinitely have something going on in the 24VDC circuit that is shorting to ground or a loose wire in the Estop string. I would suggest you take a meter and check to ground each of the 24vdc legs to see which one is shorted or look at the estop string that Mori has in the manual and do an ohms test with the power off to see if it goes all the way through. Also you said you changed the door interlocks. Make sure the key is engaged in all the way. Also make sure it was the exact part number. The door interlocks go into a safety module in back that has lots of LED's on it. Let me know status before and after error. Also are you getting any I/O or safety alarms when this happens?
