    Default Z Depth Issue

I had a big problem today with the CNC and was wondering if anyone know what it could be. I was cutting out a program and the bit would gradually get deeper and deeper into the spoil board. The work piece started to check up so I stopped the run. That’s when I noticed what had happened. So, I changed spoil boards, fly cut both sides, re-touched off the bit. I re-tooled the program and started over. The machine did the same thing. Started out just fine and as it got more into the program it progressively went deeper?? I checked the code and it looks fine. What do you think is happening? Is there a problem with the Z depth servo or something?
