    Default Cutting 3/4 OSB

I am trying to cut some pieces out of 3/4 OSB. My tool supplier sugested I use a 3/8 two flute up spiral bit. In the process of cutting, the material is being pulled upward. I am thinking that it's the bit trying to pull the chips so it's pulling the pieces. I am thinking that I simply have to get a stright two flute bit and this should go away. Anyone have any suggestions if my thinking is corrrect? Thanks.
