Default Hardinge Conquest turret rebuild problem

i am currently attempting to rebuild the turret on my Hardinge Conquest SG-42 with GE Fanuc 18 T control and no live tooling. i have most of it apart but i am looking for info on removing the main shaft the prints are no good as they leave some parts unlisted and they list parts that are not there i have called Hardinge but since they have moved to a vendor to handle service they are not willing to help with support and the vendor is still new and does not have enough knowledge of this equipment they tell me Hardinge wants you to order a new one that they don't rebuild these any more. If anyone has rebuilt these turrets or has a procedure for rebuild, any information i can get would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

Please send your contact information to me at
    tsheehy@hardinge.com or tomathardinge@yahoo.com
and I will have a Hardinge service tech contact you - to the best of my knowledge I believe we still rebuild these turrets as well.
We still assist customers directly although the new phone system will take you right to the nearest dealer.

I sent the information over to our service manager to have a tech call you - I would help you but I have the applications team - not service
