Question spindle override switch gives wrong speed on M70 controller

    Hi everybody,
the spindle override switch on my VMC machine gives wrong speeds, the table below is the resulting speed of the spindle (shown on control panel) for two tests, one for set speed of 1000 rpm, and other for S = 2000 rpm.

    switch | S=1000 | S=2000 | proportion
    ---------- ----------- ----------- -----------
    50% ........ 700 ....... 1400 .......... 0.7
    60% ........ 800 ........ 1600 ........ 0.8
    70% ........ 700 ........ 1400 ........ 0.7
    80% ........ 800 ........ 1600 ........ 0.8
    90% ........ 1100 ....... 2200 ........ 1.1
    100% ....... 1200 ....... 2400 ........ 1.2
    110% ........ 1100 ....... 2200 ........ 1.1
    120% ........ 1200 ....... 2400 ........ 1.2

as you can see the proportion is the same. but no order from 50% to 120%.

    does anyone have an idea?!
