    The control is a Fanuc Ot control. Petro is asking what model machine it is? IOW who is the maker/builder of the machine?

    Please look at the drives in the back of the cabinet whne the alarm is present on the machine. Look for the one labeled spindle drive and tell me what numbers are displayed.

    Also when did the alarm first initially show up on the machine. During cut? Running part program? or just at initial power on in the morning?

    Thanks

    Thank sire,
    Now I can fix this problem, it cause by parameter error. but after this 1002 alarm disappeared there is one more problem happen. When I tried to make menu offset with my all tools I can't change the value of tools offset and even I make machine referent point at initial the Over +X axis alarm appear, so could you give me solution to reset machine referent point? because when I start X axis referent point I saw in machine zero point is X=0.56 and Z=0 as normal.

    Alarm 1002 is plc trouble
    please check ;

    - Door lock limit switch
    - M19 Positioner sensors

    Can you Zero return the machine? Is that when you get the x overtravel? or is it when you run a program after changing the offsets?

    I am sorry,there is no M19 on 0T
    I think it is no use to change NC parameter,because alarm 1002 is PLC input trouble,input from gear change sensor,input from doorlock limit switch,etc.

    look at plc ladder if your fanuc control is 0TC or higher
    it is posible too to see the plc ladder display on Fanuc 0TB if you install Graphic Card

    good luck!

    No, I can't zero turn the machine. After start the machine we make zero turn right? by changing mode to Ref.Point and press button X+ Axis and Z+ Axis right? but when I press X+ the X+ Travels alarm appeared, I've tried to look at Machine Zero point on Post screen and I can see X axis is over +0.56mm. so I ask you how to solve this problem with this?

    thanks,

    Power off machine. Then Hold in the letter "P" and "Cancel. Keep them held in and press power on button. Keep them held in until the machine is powered on. Then move the axes to the side of the zero return switch that you usually need to move the axes to before zero returning. Then zero return as normal this should fix your problem for the overtravel to start.
