Default Hyd Mech H10-A cutoff saw cutting not square

    Hi,
We are cutting 2.250" diameter .375" wall thickness Inconnell tubing into .750" long pieces. The stock is 8' long and we presently cut two pieces of tubing together side by side. The saw has the optional bundling attachment to hold the stock down.

The problem is that the cut pieces are slightly out of square less than 1/16". We have changed and adjusted the blade guides many times. I think that guide set up is far from precise and kind of crude! Maybe we expect to much of this saw. It runs 80 hrs a week.

Any thoughts or soulutions would be greatly appreciated!

    Thank You,
    Rickcas

    rick,

Let me know about any other problems you have with this saw. I just got quoted on this size H-10. I do 85% aluminum and rest is 316 stailess ( 1.0 to 7.0 bar & rod )
