I don’t know on the Mazatrols but parity error typically means that the memory has been corrupted. The usual resolution is to clear the memory and reload the data.

Can you take a picture of the screen and post it as an attachment to the forum. Would like to see if its on the mitsubishi side or Mazak side.

I was hoping the screen shots would have told me if the memory was corrupt on the Mitsubishi side. But from the screen I am not absolutely sure since it does not look like how I have seen it in the past. If I was to guess I would say its the Mazak Software. Do you have the Mazak 3.5 inch diskette that comes with the machine? I know I have a procedure for it somewhere, but can't seem to find it. If I am not mistaken if you put the disk in it it will automatically load all the mazak side boot data. If its the mitsubishi side that is corrupt then you can use the procedure below. I would hate to see you format the mitsubishi side and blow out all the information only to find out its on the Mazak side. If you do not have the disk I think mitsubishi does have that software to put on disk if I remember correctly even though it is mazak. I will do some more digging tomorrow and see if I can find some more info.

The manual that was sent to you was for an Machining Center, you need a procedure for the T32 control. You are going to lose all the stored data in the control, so make sure you at least have hard copies of your machine parameters.

I have completed the memory clearing and re-initialization. All the alarm has gone. The machine is apparently in normal sate and getting zero return. But reset button, test mode and jog mode are not working.
