Question Trouble with Biesse protech machine

I am using a Biesse protech machine.
My machine tripped due to a power supply failure in our factory.
When power came I reset the machine and homed without any trouble.
But when I loaded the file and start working an error is shown before the Z axis starts to work.
The error is as shown below.

(Top left of the monitor) (Top right of the monitor)

    code : EE001 Process : 1
Servo error axis Z 126 : Inverter not at right speed.

Looking for your help and advice ASAP.

I know I'm digging up an old post, but did you ever get this issue resolved? I have the same machine and same 126 code! We've spent about 15 hours on the phone with biesse and lost 4 days of shop time. We're pulling our hair out. Please help if you have anything!.

    Thanks,
    Adam

hi, sorry again for late reply, i shall be on here more often now

The Servo error axis Z 126 : Inverter not at right speed errors are more than likely be related or coming up because of the other message.
so the EE001 Process : 1 error will be the one to find and fix, then the other errors should go after a reset.

this error isn't one i've come across yet, so what i shall do is have a look in my manuals and error code sheets and get back to you, i'm not back at work till monday 4th July 2011, so i'll look then and post a reply either way.

however if you have got this problem sorted now would you mind replying to this post and informing me of the fault and fix, so i can add it to my fault and repair records. Thankyou.

    regards Len.

We ended up solving this issue by "tapping" the servo with a hammer. Did I mention we purchased a newer Multicam Series 3000 to replace this and are selling the Protec Honestly though the machine is not right for us and has served us very well in the time we've owned it.
