Default Why not more women in CNC?

Over my many years of teaching CNC to shops, I've lost track of how many shop people I trained, but guess how many of them were women?
Maybe 2 or 3.
For the first time last week, I had a phone call from a women in Texas, she sets up and runs large CNC mills making oilfield parts and needed to learn CNC math from my "Simplified Math for CNC" DVD.
Many smaller shop owners have their wives run lathes or mills, do offset changes, even set up and program, as good or better than men.
In my own experience, women seem to concentrate better and do repetitive jobs the same every time, from morning until the shift is over.
Any experiences from any of you?
If I can help, let me know with any questions or start learning from the examples on my website.
