Unhappy g54 workcoordinate; rotation calculation

My center of rotation on my machine is cofx = -9.9266 and
cofz = -23.7112. I work on a horizontal haas ec400. my point on my part is at x-11.365 and z-19.725. I want to rotate at 90 deg, 180 deg and 185 deg. I would like to please, if any one can help me to figure out the math to calculate this or if there are any existing programs out there to help with rotation calcs. I would perfer the math equation if anyone knows it so as to not be dependent on a program. my math skills are not to good so please give example

thanks but i will probably get it but i was more interested in the math on how to get it. there has to be an equation or a series of steps to get to it. people in the past had to calculate it somehow. thank you for the site.
