MAWITEC CNC125 Siemens Setup files

Hallo all. I own a Mawitec vertical lathe equiped with a sinumeric 820T GA3.
I have lost the diskette with the backup files and now the machine is run out of memory battery. Unfortunately the manufacturer of the machine doesn't any longer exists. So if ANYONE has this model CNC125 pls send me backup diskette. I am desperate pls help me
