Default CNC 16i LADDER Programm

Hello,
I am searching the way for getting the LADDER of the Machine in order to improve some parameters of the configuration.
I would like to work online with this machine, I mean I would like to see the programm while it is running. I think it is possible by the Embedded Ethernet option.
So I have the FANUC LADDER III 4.6. But when I put my IP address there is no connection.
Anyone knows about that?

I hope your response,
thank you very much,
Alberto

There's a parameter that you may have to adjust that says to use the ethernet port for ladder programming.

Also if you haven't done so already you need to modify your Fanuc Ladder settings.

I just bought a new desktop so I currently do not have access to everything yet so I will have to get back to you with any info I find.

If you go to the "SETTING" screen and parameter 24 is 0 than you need to navigate to the
"PMC online screen" and you have to put "HIGH SPEED" setting to "USE"

Press -> SYSTEM -> PMC -> MONIT -> ONLINE

You'll also have to manually enter IP addresses on the CNC controller as well as manually set your laptop to the same IP range. Obtain IP address automatically on your laptop will not work.

You may need to use a "CROSSOVER" ethernet cable ... been awhile so not sure if a standard ethernet cable will work.

There may be a PING feature on the CNC to see if there's any communication at all with your laptop
and you can try to PING the CNC from your laptop as well.

Do you have a firewall enabled on your PC? Try turning it off. I had this working at one time but don't remember all the details.

Petro CNC,
Yes, the firewall of my computer is disable. It is strange, because I can work everytime, I haven't got problems with communications or something like that. I mean I can connect online with the PLC but the PING of the machine doesn't work.
It still shows me DATA NICHT GEFUNDEN.

Regards,
Alberto
