Default need help with 101 fanuc alarm; "reset/prog" not clearing it

Have Mori Seiki MH633 that was trying to load new progam into; control froze so cycled power. at start up get 101 clear memory alarm.
Have tried nurmous times to use <reset> <prog> to clear program; not working; any help would be great.

I assume you held these keys in at the same time on power up??



FYI to everyone reading this do not hold in just any keys on power up always be sure of what the keys are for because you can blow out parameter data.

Programming is like ***: one mistake and you have to support it for the rest of your life

Yes have tried this with spare set of hands to push "OK" soft key;
Control is locked up at this point. If i release "reset/prog keys control will
initialize but has paramiter write enabled and clear memory alarms.

Procedure to clear alarm is:

1 Press System key
2 Press NC Ststem Soft Key
3 Press shift key
4 Press page down key
5 A screen pops up above soft keys
6 One of the selections is CLEAR 101 ALARM
7 Use arrow keys to select and highlight
8 Press input key
9 Alarm should now be gone
10 If alarm still persists, repeat procedure.
