HAAS CNC HL-1 Lathe Turret removal
 

I have removed the turret to replace the "O" ring, but when put back, it works, but it does not seat all the way back after tool change. It needs to go about 1/8" more. Did I remove it without doing something else first?
How do I fix it?
I appreciate any help...as I am stuck now.

Hi,

Did you do the replacement with the turret engage or open??
Perhaps... and perhaps... you can disengage it first and then do the fastening.
