Default Haas Mini Mill x axis

My mini mill will is having issues with the x axis. When I run a program the part does not come out correct; appears one of the axis is not tracking. To make a long story short, if I run the program over the same part that was just cut, the machine starts and cuts in a different place.

No setting or parameters were changed, so I'm ruling out that.

I am not getting any servo errors or alarms. Do these have encoders? I am thinking if it does, maybe I have a dirty encoder?

Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Gordon

Hi Gordon,
If you were to run the program, say, 4 times on the same workpiece, does it execute at 4 different locations, or does it repeat in any particular location?
Would you mind posting your CNC program.

Regards,

Bill
