Please save me the time of looking up those part numbers and tell us what model of control you have. There is a connection manual readily available for each control.

Here is the GE Fanuc number for the 15T Connection manual B–62073E/04. According to my information, the 0143 is a 64 bit input module. The 0700 is an I/O board, probably for the operator's station. Those two should not plug into each other. Could you be more specific on what cable/plug numbers you are talking about? You won't get any information on boards that plug into other boards directly. That is proprietary and Fanuc doesn't give that out. You only get connection information that will go from plug to cable to plug. Hope this is helpful information.
