Miki Pulley Inverter Alarm OL
We have an Anderson Exact 51. Fairly older machine with a Miki Pulley Inverter. At the moment we can not locate an owners manual for the inverter. We are having trouble with spindle RPM. I have contacted Anderson directly, ran a few tests they had me do, the spindle rpm is fine until about 9000 - 12,000 rpm. Once it gets higher than that The inverter trips and displays "OL" Anderson says OL means Overload which I can agree. Does anyone know how to check if its the actual Inverter causing the errors or spindle i.e. router motor. We just replaced all bearings and still no luck we spent an hour breaking in the bearings but still cannot get past say 12,000 rpm getting an inverter error. Anyone know how to check this or how to check for bad motor windings? Would surely hate to replace the motor and it be the inverter. Or vise versa.
Any help much appreciated. Thanks
