Default MulitCam MG 205 boot failure

When powering on our MultiCam MG 205 router it fails to go through the bootup sequence. The screen has only a blinking cursor. The motherboard shows a solid red light labeled dust collector and a blinkling led labeled "bad". The Router froze and was not responding; after powering it down it no longer boots.

I would call Multicam. If you can get a hold of one of their technicians, they can work wonders over the phone as far as helping you test voltage and confirm if a driver/board is bad. I have dealt with the same technician on several occasions, and they are helpful, but not exactly timely when it comes to calling you back.
Fill out this request form: http://www.multicam.com/eng/Support/tsreq.php
or
Call 972.929.4070 and press 5 for tech support.
Have your serial number handy...

I have a machine that was a retrofit done by multicam, and its quite the Frankenstein, but they were able to help me dial down voltage on a card, confirm that a driver was bad, and then send me the correct replacement card. This was a 10+ year old machine and they didn't bill me a dime for the technical support, just the motor itself.

Dear bbem,
Do you repair the problem?
For me the problem is on the power supply of the control. This device have 5 VCC, but if this value is 4,85 the control don't boot.
Regards,
jacu
