Hi,

We are proud owners of an johnford milling machine which has been giving us exceptional service for the past twenty years unfortunately we lost all parameters due to an battery failure.

As we do not have an record of the parameters in our files can anyone kindly email us with this data for

Model-VMC1224, serial # 10121 Date 1991.10. Funuc control O-M series

You will probably get better response if you start a new thread and title it something like “lost parameters on Johnford mill”. Most people are not going to see your post in someone elses thread.

If you follow this link http://cnc-professional-forum.com/forum.php it will take you to the main forum page that lists all the categories and you can then click on the “Machine Repair & Troubleshooting” forum and then click on “Start Thread”.

20yrs of having a machine and you have no backup?? I have to assume that you are going to backup all of your machines after this now. If someone does happen to have some parameters for you they are going to need some tweeking as all MT are set dialed in per machine.

Good luck,
Stevo
