Spindle Retrofit on Arrow 500

Inolved in doing a retrofit on a arrow 500 with a FNC3500 controller and drives, this is an Emerson control technique system. Finally got all signals and was able to get info on setting orientation position. Installed a Unidrive SP 2404 also Emerson with a simulated encoder feedback and a resolver for speed. When given command of M19 spindle rotates to 90 degrees for key lock then if given again the spindle rotates to 270 degrees and calls that zero. If the spindle is stopped with any command between 270 and 90 degrees it will key lock to 90. If it stops between 90 and 270 it key locks to 270. Ihave gone over drive setup and checked and made sure position control mode is off, can someone help. Is there a parameter in the machine that controls this.

Have a Cincinnati Arrow 700, pre 1995, cannot figure out how to set parameters to run in auto mode.

Can't get information on controller, have been searching, anyone familiar with this machine and controller?
