Problem with Shizuoka B-3V410

Good afternoon guys,

I'm having problems with our Mill B-3V410, we are not able to do properly a tool exchange, here is an example, when we call for tool # 6, magazine/carrousel stop at pocket # 4 and arm take that tool, then when carrousel rotate looking for the empty space for to put the pocket back, stop 2 stations after, where there is another tool already, and machine obviously stop doing nothing since that space is not empty.

Do you guys know how to fix that? Any similar problem?
