Default CNC 5 axis Home made

Hi, i'm gona build a home-made 5 axis mill.
This is what i'm looking for :
YouTube - 5-Axis Mill, 5 Axis Machining

Is it possible to control this type of mill with Mach3?
Has anybody ever built this kind of machine hobby-wise?
Thanks in advance!
