Rotary stagger

Im doing cylinder head porting on xyza with a haas vf3 and hrt310b. When it rotates about x its staggers if i dont slow the feedrate way down which increases my cycle time 1-2 hours. Im using inverse feed. Im new to haas(about 4 months) but i ran this same job on a fadal with a koma rotary with no issues. Im sure it is in the settings or parameters possibly. Haas tech had me adjust max corner rounding and smoothness settings which helps but didnt fix it. Any suggestions
