Hi Guys, I have been operating a CNC milling machine for a year now. However i am being moved to a Euromac CNC punch next week and i am just wondering if there is much of a diffirence in regards to programming etc? I do know that they use RADAN software, apart from this i am clueless as this is short notice |

I created a similar machine and I used an AE-MDL-STPR811 board. It gave me by far the most torque power. The board also gives you the option of adding a surface mount heat sink, a fan and external Schottky diodes. I only added a surface mount heat sink because that’s all my machine required. The board also has jumpers, if you want to hard code it, or it can just be connected to all the controls signals by two .100” header connectors. I found some really cheap ones at DriverDudes.com, you can get just the board or have it fully assembled.
