Hello Rick,
We are going to need more information. When does the alarm appear? Are you running a macro program? On what line of code does the alarm appear? Does if happen on any specific tool like it is a tool life counter?

We also need to know what model Fanuc you are using??

Also, is this a "machine" alarm or a "control" alarm?

It is a Fanuc Oi-Md control on a Johnford SV 40 VMC. This alarm happens at start up. Thanks.

Odd. I can not reference that alarm in the manuals. As Doug was asking is it a machine or control alarm. IOW what is the prefix to the alarm and on what alarm screen does it occur? As it appears I don't believe that it is a control (Fanuc) alarm. However it is very odd that you get this alarm at power up.
