Possible resistor issue - Does this happen EVERY time you issue an M05?
Have you recently added a large mass to your spindle?

When you issue an M05 (stop) command, the amplifier is commanded to reverse its current to slow the spindle.
Usually, this is called regenerative feedback. The energy required to reverse a drive needs to go somewhere. All amplifiers will have resistors to absorb this energy in the form of heat. (for basic terms) Some larger drives will have an external resister pack.
These resisters are subject to thermal sensitivity due mostly to the fact that they're not checked/cleaned on a regular basis.

Locate your resisters. Ensure connections and resistors are clean and secure. Ensure proper ventilation.

Check to see fuses FG and FH on the printed circuite board. This fuses protect regenerative transistors.
