MasterCam X4

I am using X4 to generate "G" codes for my Mach3 driven 3 axis vertical mill.
Can anyone describe the steps as to how to draw a 2 inch diameter 4 inches long bar in Master-Cam, so I can inscribe text on the round piece ?

I am substituting my "Y" axis to drive the "A" axis" (Rotary Table).
youtube shows "Rotary Engrave" but does not tell me how he wrote the text at that elevation (Tangent to the bar) and wrapped it around the bar.
