PC/Controller Hook UP

I am trying to interface a Cincinnati Sabre 1000 equipped with an Acromatic A2100E Controller with my HP Pavillion Slimline (Windows 7). I just installed BobCad V24 following all the installation instructions but need to set up my PC to communicate. I know that all the perameters need to be set but not sure how to do that. Are there instructions I can find online somewhere?
