Default 810T GA3, 2nd Interface for upload machine Data

On our machine the first Interface went dead and we simply used the second interface without problems.
Now our battery went dead and we wanted to play back our backup of the nc, plc etc etc data.

We set all the Bits for the second interface, but the second interface can't be used unless all the machine data are uploaded.
But we can't upload the machine data unless we have the second interface running.

If we try to start the machine without the data and try to use Interface 2 we get Error 3019: 2nd RS 232 C option not available.

Is there any workaround to activate the second interface?

Please help!

Hello,

Just a question, isn't possible to use the 1 V24 to load the machine data?

I did look at the alarmnumber and one option was the one above.

greets,

Curry

Hi,
thanks for the answer.
No the 1 V24 is dead, broken, only the 2 works.
We now gave the board for repair and hope it can be repaired.

Solution was: we soldered the electronic parts from the second to the first interface.
